Holiday Carpet Cleaning

How does this very inferior company stay in business? Ripping off people. The lady that took the order on the phone was very unpleasant. I asked if they did pet stain cleaning and she said they did. She gave me the price over the phone, which when they finished the 5 rooms (and took like only 20 minutes), was about $50 more than originally quoted. A week or so after the cleaning, all of the pet stains started showing and after a month the stains were almost as bad as they had been. I called the company and left a message,but my call was not returned. I rented a $25 Rug Doctor and cleaned the carpet again, using Woolite pet stain cleaner I bought in a spray bottle. The carpet looks like brand new and has stayed that way.



These are bad people, bad business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read Google Reviews for a true picture of this "service".

Just had my carpet and furniture cleaned by Holiday Carpet and Robert the owner came out and did an amazing job! I've had my carpet cleaned many times in the past, but never had it cleaned like this! It looks almost brand new! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They are the best in the business and really do offer the deepest clean!

They were professional and thorough. Removed stains i didnt think were possible to remove. Price was great. I will definitely use this service again.
