  Poor customer service, consistently…

  Poor customer service, consistently found only 2 checkout lanes open during the height of holiday rush, one, unmarked, but dedicated (and therefore slowed to a snail's pace) for returns. Handicapped unfriendly; 2 manually powered wheelchairs which, when available, don't fit down any aisles with support posts and have lift up baskets which must be unloaded to stand to see merchandise out of reach or to use restrooms. Few helpful employees; majority indifferent or uninformed. Much touted discounts on overpriced and mediocre merchandise. Many departments not staffed. Overall: not really worth it!
