I have been a customer since 2008 and have had wonderful service with a few down time periods due weather or scheduled service maintenance periods. Very surprised to see a negative post here. This service is more reliable than any other carrier in our area. Would highly recommend Highlands Wireless to everyone. Very nice ladies in the billing department too.

We have been a customer for about two years. The service is routinely unreliable (we've had literally hundreds of outages in the last 90 days). Random outages and high ping times are the norm since we started using them. The Owner, John, is arrogant and couldn't spell "customer service." He goes through employees like underwear, and they have nothing nice to say about him. If you have any other choice, get your Internet elsewhere. This company is begging for a class action suit.
