I scheduled an appointment for a measurement 4 days previous to my appointment. I was called ten minutes before my window time frame began to tell me they could not make it. I had already driven 30 minutes out of my way to the job site. When I told them I was disappointed in their service, a man named Larry got argumentative with me. STAY AWAY!!!!
After checking with several places that do windshield replacement, I chose Heckman Glass Masters. The guys came to our home and had the windshield replaced in under an hour. They also showed us some rust that had accumulated under the seal of the old windshield due to improper installation, which had been replaced by a well-known company. They took care of that problem before installing our new windshield. The guys were friendly, fast, and did an excellent job at a competitive price with a lifetime warranty. After driving the car with the new windshield, I noticed that there was much less "wind" noise inside our vehicle. They did an outstanding job and I would give my recommendation to anyone who needs their windshield replaced.
Just yesterday a colleague of mine at work got his car window repaired. A guy from Heckman Glass Masters had come to our office to fix his car window. I had a crack in my car window, so I asked the guy from Heckman Glass Masters for a quote. He told me that if I didn't have a claim from my insurance company this past year, then it probably wouldn't cost me anything!
He called my insurance company on my behalf. Within 2 minutes of talking to my insurance company, I was approved!
Then he fixed my car window in less than 15 minutes. He congratulated me on fixing my car window. Having a cracked window is a safety issue and could lead to car accident. He said that fixing my cracked window (which didn't cost me anything!) is a lot less expensive than replacing my car window.

We were driving on the freeway and right in front of us was a truck carrying gravel. Some rocks came out and hit our windshield of our Toyota Sienna mini-van. My wife and I were very concerned about the safety. As soon as got home, I called Heckman Glass Masters because I had read online that they simplified the insurance process.
Sure enough, a lady named Miranda (I think that was her name) took down my insurance policy information over the phone, Then she did a three way call with my insurance company (Geico). There wasn't any out-of-pocket cost for me!
Then a guy named Larry arrived at my house from Heckman Glass Masters. He repaired my windshield in about 15-20 minutes tops!
I was so pleased and happy about the entire experience. Both Miranda and Larry were professional, polite, and very helpful. I was dreading going through the process, but both of them made it rather pleasant.
