I'm terribly disappointed I am with the "service" we were given on the HVAC unit on our rental property. The gentleman from ARS who came to service the unit said the freeon was completely out and refilling it would fix the problem. I paid him $267 but the unit never started cooling. We ended up having another company come out and they did a thorough inspection. They found a leak in the coil and recommended replacing the entire unit, which we did. He also said that the Home Depot contractor from ARS should have known there was a leak as freeon levels only get completely drained if there is a leak. I have been calling and calling ARS for months now to get a refund and I have never received a return phone call or a credit on my credit card. I have put the item in dispute and will never use your service again.
