HD TV Repair

**CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION!!!!! I called these people, they came out within 30 min..Told me they'd have to take my 4 yr. old 42" HDTV to the shop..I paid the $65 house call fee, but the Tech (a.k.a. 'OWNER') wanted me to write a check for $190.00..I didn't! I was NEVER informed there was $125.00 FEE just to 'ASSESS' my TV first, NON-REFUNDABLE to boot!..They took my TV, then sent an INVOICE to my e-mail at 7:45 p.m. that evening... I was 'furious' ..then after 5 days, I called and was told my 42" TV was going to cost $612.00 MORE, which included a $275.00 LABOR CHARGE..WHAT? A new TV can be purchased for less, with a 2 yr. warranty...Finally, after 10 DAYS, lots of 'haggling' I demanded they bring my set back, which the Tech (Owner) did..so I was only out $65.00 for NOTHING!! If there was a 'MINUS 10' stars, that's what I'd give them!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... They're not LICENSED in my City at all either! Check LICENSES next time you need a Repairman!!



Take a picture of the 'front' plastic frame on your HDTV too.. Mine came back with 3 deep scratches on the frame near the TV Name!!.. When I saw & mentioned the scratches, the owner said: 'It was like that when I picked it up' ... Nope, there were NO SCRATCHES whatsoever!!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I was charged $190 only to be told that my HDTV was unrepairable. I understood the $65 "In Home Service Call" and was told that "YES - WE CAN REPAIR YOUR HDTV" so I paid another $125 and off it went. However, one week later I was told they could not repair it and that "NO REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED". I believe that a partial refund was in order but they felt differently.

I was so impressed by the speed and quality of their work. They did exactly what they promised to do...fix my TV quickly and efficiently. The estimate was accurate and there were no additional, hidden charges. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
