Harley-Davidson Of Fresno

You guys have made my first time buying a harley pretty miserable I purchased pre owned bike for my husband and 3 hrs after buying it wasn't acting right so the next day we took it back told the guy in the service department what was going on and it wasn't running right and he looked at me and treated me like I was completely stupid as If I didn't know what I was talking about because we had never owned a bike before he even asked if my husband was sure he was riding it correctly lol my husband has been riding since he was 5 years old so I'm pretty sure he knows what's right and what's wrong after being treated like we were stupid they called me and was like oh its a minor problem we will have it fixed buy Tuesday that was on the Thursday before granted it was 4th Of July holiday I get that but really you guys should have never sold the bike to me if it had minor problems now it's Tuesday 2pm and my husband still doesn't have his bike I know where I won't be going for my next harley.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH 15,000 MILE SERVICE I HAD DONE BEFORE RENO RUN. I HAD OTHERS SHOPS PERFORM MY SERVICES UNTIL I HAD MY LEFT FORK OIL WAS LEAKING. THE CREW AT FRESNO HARLEY FOUND THE LEFT PINCH BOLT SO LOOSE AND HAD NEVER BEEN TIGHTENED BEFORE AND THE FORK TUBE CAME LOOSE FROM THE TOP CLAMP. THEY ALSO TIGHTENED THE SPOKES ON THE REAR WHEEL WHICH GOT MISSED BY ANOTHER INDEPENDANT SHOP. I LEARNED MY LESSON TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND THE MECHANIC EVEN GACE ME A LIST HE CHECKED OFF ALL HE DONE AND NOTED TIRE PRESSURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE SERVICE. PRETTY COOL!!
