Our drivers at HARBOR TOWING are sent to the North American Towing Academy to be certified Towing and Recovery Operators. Our Battery Technicians are certified by Club Assist, a worldwide battery organization, in diagnosing the engine's charging system to ensure it​ is a battery issue and not some other problem.

This place is a joke thy will rip you off. The driver is rude and don't give a CRAP about you or your car. All they care about is the money. I learned my lesson in the towing business and that lessons is DON'T CALL HARBOR TOWING FOR ANY REASON. ...

This was the single worst towing experience I have had in 60 years of driving. I used AAA and was treated shabbly by driver. Company has several artificial rules such as no dog, in this case a small poodle, ride in cab. Done that before on a tow with no stupid restriction. To exerabate the situation, they would then not allow me to ride in car with dog. That may have minor safety issues but I don't believe it is a law.
Then finally, the rude and arrogant driver would not could not drop car in drive citing his truck was too heavy and might crack the drive.
That's was his insurance is for. He dropped it in the opposing lane of the street. Certainly that is a huge safety issue without any doubt!
Don't ever choose Harbor Towing to do any job! Call North Port Towing or anyone but Harbor. AAA needs to review this contract. I am filing a complaint with them today also.
I hope you find the right tow when you have your emergency. It certainly isn't Harbor Towing of Punta Gordo!!!!!!!!!1
