        lower back pain

        AS a surfer I paddled out in cold water without stretching.My back was really sore, I was worried about working all week when I couldn't even tie my shoes.I called Halifax Home Care, they made arrangements to see me that day and I felt immediate relief after 1hr treatment, and was on my way to recovery.Very professional and knowledgeable.I will use them again
