My name is David Haak, I have been designing and building custom furniture and cabinetry for over 25 years now. Having your furniture custom made is a great way to personalize your home environment, and maximize the usability of your furnishings by tailoring the design and function to your exact needs. As both a furniture designer and furniture builder, I can help you work through all of the elements that go into creating your new furniture, whether it be a single piece, a single room, or an entire house. I am here to help you navigate the decisions as far as the style, the function and the finish of your new home furnishings. You will also find the quality of custom made products far exceeds that of furnishings made in large factories, or furniture that is imported from overseas. Custom made furniture is made to the dimensions and specifications that fit your specific needs, so you can avoid the limited offerings and frustrations of mass produced furniture companies. I have many clients across the country that come back for additional furniture pieces because they recognize the value in purchasing quality furniture that will last for generations to come. On this site you will have the opportunity to view work that I have done over the years, as well as new designs that have recently been completed. My current leadtime for new work is 12 to 14 weeks, with furniture going to clients in Scottsdale, Arizona; Cordillera, Colorado; Brianhead, Utah; Evergreen, Colorado; Vail, Arizona; Lake Jackson, Texas; Cordova, Tennessee and Alberta, Canada. I can ship across the country from New York to California and yes even to Hawaii. My clients will tell you that the quality of my hand-made furniture is well worth the longer lead times.
