Management is very helpful and understanding! Guards are on time and very polite. The first day I used thier service I didn't feel that the guard wasn't intimidating enough for my paticular site, the management noticed immediately and dispatched me another guard within the hour. I was surprise of thier speedy service and how much they did for me. That's what I call service!! I would use their service again and again for all my future projects!!
Before I found Guardian National Security.... I didn't know much about the security industry and how it would benefit my business. Everywhere else I would called seemed like they were just trying to "SELL" me a "product", they also seemed very impatient to listening to me, UNTIL, I finally I got on the phone with a professional company. They had the best customer service that I have heard so far and knew exactly what they were talking about, they actually conversated well with me and had me very involved. Guardian National Security is great! I would recommend them for all my other locations aswell.
