They seem to be incompetent as a whole. When the men came to do the install, they acted as if they weren't sure how to do their jobs, calling their boss(es) several times to ask questions. They had never sent anyone to look at the work site in advance, so the laborers showed up with no clue. In total they wasted about 90 minutes being on the phone and waiting for return calls. Finally, they realized that the appointment that they had made to have the utilities marked had never happened, so they left. Their office called soon after, wanting to reschedule and assuring us that there would be no more problems. Two days later, they came, dug the hole and then waited on another guy to bring the shelter. Two employees looked at the access point and said it looked fine; then the truck showed up with our storm shelter plus someone else's. The truck was so heavy that it got stuck, even though the ground was relatively dry - as you can imagine a truck with two concrete shelters on it would do. They then gave up completely on the job. When I contacted their office, they were extremely rude, informing me that they were abandoning the job.
In conclusion, it seems that no one in this company is really sure about how to be good at their jobs.
