They seem to be incompetent as a whole. When the men came to do the install, they acted as if they weren't sure how to do their jobs, calling their boss(es) several times to ask questions. They had never sent anyone to look at the work site in advance, so the laborers showed up with no clue. In total they wasted about 90 minutes being on the phone and waiting for return calls. Finally, they realized that the appointment that they had made to have the utilities marked had never happened, so they left. Their office called soon after, wanting to reschedule and assuring us that there would be no more problems. Two days later, they came, dug the hole and then waited on another guy to bring the shelter. Two employees looked at the access point and said it looked fine; then the truck showed up with our storm shelter plus someone else's. The truck was so heavy that it got stuck, even though the ground was relatively dry - as you can imagine a truck with two concrete shelters on it would do. They then gave up completely on the job. When I contacted their office, they were extremely rude, informing me that they were abandoning the job.

In conclusion, it seems that no one in this company is really sure about how to be good at their jobs.

We went with this company beca...

We went with this company because of the exceptional quality of their shelters and installation method. We had read the reviews about possible subpar costumer service and were willing to deal with any potential issues from that end.

Every customer representative was always courteous and explained very well all the details of the installation and the cost. There were no hidden fees - we paid the sum they quoted us initially. Slight difficulty arose with scheduling because they would/could not give us the exact day of their arrival until the week prior to their arrival. The end of May turned into second week of June. This was a bit stressful and we were worried they would not make it here in time before the tornado season. Then, to our pleasant surprise, they showed up a day early - not sure if it was a misunderstanding on our part or lack of communication on both ends. In the end, it all worked out!

After talking to the crew, the company's scheduling difficulties are totally understandable considering they have to send their crew out of state and coordinate other installations along the way. We were willing to wait for them and our tornado shelter.

The crew, Tony and Donald, were phenomenal. They got to our house at 7 am and were done by noon. They were fast, efficient, thorough, clean, hard working, and extremely nice. They went beyond and above to make sure we were happy with their work. The company is very fortunate to have them.

For those contemplating installation, it is very helpful if you can locate a place for them to dump dirt. They bring their equipment with them from Oklahoma and it can be painful to maneuver the large trailer around neighborhoods with windy and narrow streets.

We are extremely happy with our shelter and the installation and would highly recommend this company, especially Tony and Donald!

I went with this company becau...

I went with this company because I knew of people that had gone with them and had an outstanding experience with them. I called and scheduled a date without any problems. I was given a date 5 weeks out. The week before the installation date I confirmed my appointment time with the scheduler. I also talked to one of the owner and several other people and verified the date with them. When the installation date came noone showed up. I called 30 minutes after the time I was given and I was told my the office manager that they were running 30 minutes late. I called several times after that when they did not show up but had to leave voice messages. Finally 3.5 hours later someone called me back. When I asked why they did not show up I was told it was because I had not returned theirs calls and confirm the appointment time. I asked to talk to the owner. Richard one of the owners called me back. I began to explain what had happened but he cut me off just and I started to speak and tole me he did not care and did not want to hear what I had to say. He had a new date for me to get my shelter installed and said he had missed 14 calls while he was talking to me and he just wanted to know if I was going to take the date or not. He said he would call other shelter comapnies if I did not want to have them do it. I took the date. Richard took my phone number down and said he would call me back and let me talk but its been five days and my shelter is installed and I have not heard from him. I called around and talk to the people I had confirmed the date wtih and they took some money off. I was stucked with using ground zero because I had to use stress con due to the post tenstion cables so the concrete was already cut to the dimenstions of the ground zero shelter. I am happy with the installers. They did a great job. the shelter looks nice.

If I could do it all over again I would have went with a different company due to my experience with Richard. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I feel that the installation and product is very good. However, I received a $200.00 coupon in the mail and they refused to allow me to use it. The owner told me that the coupon was for a $300.00 inflated price that they changing their price to. This was very deceptive. The owner also told me that the regular price was different than what was listed on my receipt. Please be very aware of the pricing. It was a shame that the last contact that I had with the office personel and the owner were not positive, since everything else was great.
