        They didnt replace many of the...

        They didnt replace many of the vents. One of the returns was put on upside down. They left my furnace exposed after taking the cover off. That was a great danger as I have little kids. I felt like once I declined all the extras they try to sell to you, that they were done serving you. Very unprofessional and sloppy work.
