What is Grappling For Children?

Grappling is a great activity that not only improves physical fitness and motor skills, it also helps children learn skills such as body coordination, how to overcome fear, and at the same time helps to increase a child?s self esteem in a healthy, safe, and a fun environment. Grappling is the ideal method of training for children since it emphasizes leverage and technique over strength and power. The classes are full of activities which range from skill application to drills and LOTS of games.

Through our once weekly 4 week courses your Child will be taught the respect, discipline, and Ground techniques of Kodokan Judo and Brazilian Jujitsu in a fun and safe environment.

n addition to group classes, we offer private lessons at varying rates depending on length of time and instructor.

Uniforms (Gi's) will be provided for each student.

Uniforms(Gi's) are also available for purchase at the cost of $50.
