The service I got was very poor and was lied too multiple times
I am sure someone has been treated right by these guys but I was lied too twice about the cost of performing services and replacing parts and when they couldn't figure out a problem that I had they wanted me to pay to replace everything. Communication was none existant, I had to call and communicate after days of not hearing anything. I feel as if you do not have a large service contract with these guys you are pushed way down the list so potenetially be prepared to wait. Also, the employees working on your trailer may not be experianced or trained, just some guy off the street if you are not a large customer. Be careful, get everything in writing and if you are asked to spend a bunch of money to replace a lot of parts I would look elsewhere or again be carefull to ask a lot of questions.
