We did extensive research before making a hiring decision and we are SO VERY LUCKY to have found Godsend Cleaning Service. My brother had an emergency hospitalization and my sister and I, who both live out of town, needed someone we could trust to come in and quickly "deep clean" my brother’s house on a holiday weekend before he got home from the hospital. Kim worked around my travel schedule and arranged to have Faith, one of her fabulous team members, work all day Saturday to get the house in shape. I’ve used many cleaners in the past and I have to say, this firm is the best I’ve ever worked with. My brother will be continuing our new relationship with Godsend on a regular basis going forward. When you find people who are fair, reliable and you can trust to come into your home, even when you aren’t physically there, you know you’ve found a great company.
My husband and I had never used a cleaning service before so we were skeptical at first, but we have been very impressed with Godsend Cleaning. We've been using them for almost 2 years now, and we are always pleased with the cleaning quality --Kim's employees are trustworthy, thorough, and hard-working. They are usually at the house for multiple hours doing a much better job of cleaning than I would do myself! Kim is wonderful to work with as she is an excellent communicator, and she's very approachable if you ever have concerns. I would highly recommend Godsend cleaning!
We had been through so many cleaning companies, it was truly frustrating! I contacted Kim with Godsend cleaning, and I am THRILLED I did. Our building is clean, and working weekly with Kim and her staff is very easy. If you are tired of paying high prices for cleaning and seeing little benefit, call GODSEND!! They are professional, friendly, and do a fantastic job!!
The owner, Kim, came over promptly when I called for an estimate. The first thing I had done was a "deep cleaning" and the lady who came to do it (Tracie) arrived at 8:30 and left at 5:00 and every surface was cleaned to a sparkle! Since then I have gone to every other week with Tracie and could not be happier. These folks are really really nice and 100% trust worthy. Truly a God send! I think I'm addicted to this business. All A's!
