I live in an old Denver neighborhood with many beautiful trees which can cause issues with my plumbing. As you will see from this photo, my main sewer line was backed up and caused many problems - water in my basement - and the kitchen sink would not drain. I called GoDirect on a recommendation and their technician arrived and quickly analyzed the problem. He ran his machine in my main line and fixed the problem. Also, to give me peace of mind, he used his camera scope and showed me the video of my line. Told me that the pipes looked good and recommended that I go on a Bi Annual maintenance program to have my line cleaned out to prevent future problems. I was very relieved and feel grateful to have an understanding of what is going on underground at my home.
