Horrible customer service, don't use this company, they made me late for my flight. Was supposed to be picked up at 830 to catch a flight at 1100. Well they never showed up. I tried calling them for 30 minutes and no one answered. Finally I got someone on the phone and they proceeded to tell me that they tried calling me multiple times and I didn't answer the phone. What bull, I was by the phone waiting for them to call for over an hour. They never called and when I pressed them on it they changed their story and proceeded to tell me how they accidentally overbooked and they just didn't bother to call and tell me. They, then gave me a couple of numbers to call, all of which either didn't go to the airport or were no longer in service. What horrible service, I will never use this company again.

Comfortable and Reliable

I was here from out of town on business and used this company to get me from one meeting to another. My first thought when I read the first review was not to use it, but after reading the rest of the reviews I decided to give it a try. I was very impress on the promptness of driver. Being a woman you have to be careful who you are with and I felt very comfortable . I used this company the entire time (3days) to get to my meeting and other activates I did while I was there. They were reliable, the prices were reasonable and I was please at the customer service I received. You know you get what you pay for, that’s my Moto and I received my monies worth. I not sure what all really happen with the last customer who wrote the bad review, but I plan to use this company again if I'm ever in the area.

BE AWARE: Driver intentionally takes longer route to the destination to CHEAT. Expensive. Careless driving. Unreliable.



I need a cab on Friday morning 8:30am (partly cloudy, 52F warm winter) to go the mechanics to pick up my car. I have read all the good reviews here about Go Anywhere service and decided to call them. Since I have been to my mechanics before, I knew the route quite well and I even printed out the route from Google Map just before I go. The map shows very clearly that it only takes 9.5 miles (21 minutes) to go there. This is the most efficient route taking the least time and it doesn't take much local routes at all - all you will go are two sections of highways, then you will be there! Consider Google map even takes that day's traffic into account.



The driver arrived about 5 minutes late. It doesn't look like a certified cab - it is a van without any cab company's sign. I showed the driver my print Google route and the destination. He entered the address to his GPS and started the mileage reader. While we were on the way, he didn't follow his GPS at all and chose his own route, which was completely running on another highway to no where. Plus he drove SO FAST and even his GPS beeped several times to remind him that he was speeding. Since he chose another route, the arrival time shown on the GPS was much extended with 10 minutes longer.



We arrived at the destination with a circuitous route of 14.5 miles in total, compared with 9.5 miles it should have taken. I told him this was not right, and he said because my original route was slower - this is simply CHEATING, the original route was MUCH shorter and faster, and at 9 am on Friday morning there was almost NO traffic at all.



He intended to charge $3 dollars per mile, which was already much higher than the average price in my area. Then he said to give me a discount for $2 per mile after I pointed out he took unnecessary circuitous route. I paid $35 including tips for this trip. I will definitely not take this service anymore. I hope this is just my individual case since all other reviews here showed how enjoyable the service was. But for me, It simply made me feel like an idiot cheated by these guys.

Well today started as a horrible day. I try and live by the phrase "God only puts on you what you can bear" but, my knees were buckling. Today as I take the kids out to go to school I notice that my car was missing. So I am looking for alternate ways to get them to school. I called 3 different companies who are close to my area in Greenbelt and was informed that a driver is not close or they are checking with the driver. Lets just say 3 hours later I found this number. I called and thought I would get the same result. The gentleman on the phone informed me that he would contact a driver and call me right back. Thats exactly what happened! He provided me the number of Mr. Williams who also was professional and empathetic to the issues I had going on at the time. He even went so far as to give me words of inspiration for my ruff time. I want to say thank you for the great service and professionalism from the call to the ride! It was a blessing and a pleasure doing business with you!!!

I was stranded in Accokeek, MD & I was trying to get to Eastover Shopping Center. I had $14 to my name & I had been waiting on a cab For almost 2 hours. My phone was dying & I had my 2 yr old son AND I was running out of options. God Must of been looking out for me bc I saw A Go Anywhere Sticker @ the accokeek park&ride. i called the number & spoke to Mr. Clarke about my situation. He Told me he'd send a car for my son & I. Exceptional service! My family and I were travelling by Amtrak for vacation last month, and needed reliable transportation to get us and our luggage to the station by 2:30 a.m., and picked up at the station when we returned a week later. I searched on-line for cab companies and even looked at limosine services, but they were either unreliable or too expensive. I happened upon Go Anywhere Transportation Service and spoke to Mr. Clark. He was courteous and very professional. The driver arrived on time and our vacation was off to a great start! On the trip back home, the train was delayed. I called Mr. Clark about 11:30 pm to change the pick up time from 1:00 am to 2:30 a.m. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived! I am so thankful for such a reliable and affordable transportation service, and will definitely call them again. I've recommended them to friends, and I recommend them to you!

I would like to show my great appreciation for the courteous, efficient and caring service I received from your company. My daughter had been in an accident. She was told by the police that the car was drivable. The car stopped at John Hansen school. It was approx 3AM. She was frightened and hurting. I recieved your information from 411 telephone directory. I spoke to Mr Clark. He was sooooo awsome. I felt so thankful for his understanding and compassion. The service recieved was very prompt. when i had no car about a week ago i called a taxi service and was told that the driver would be here in 20 minutes. well needless to say 2 hours later and still no driver so i get online in search of another company and i come across go anywhere taxi. it was late at night and i was already late for work. Many thanks to Mr. Brown and his staff for making my family vacation travel a breeze. My family decided to get to our vacation destination by Amtrak. How we were to get there from our home with several pieces of luggage became a major concern. From past experience, Yellow Cab had not been dependable nor equipped to handle our party size and quantity of luggage. We had used Super Shuttle several time for going to the aiport, therefore, we contacted them. They fees were exorbitant for a 20 minute ride each way. I was without a car for several weeks. I had the dilemma of getting my daughter to daycare which was 3 miles down rt. 210 from my home. After several unsuccessful cab service request, I went on line looking for alternative transportation. Metro service consisted of 4 buses and a 2 hour ride. Not good. I still had get to work afterwards. Fortunately, I located "Go anywhere Transporation" website. THE SERVICE IS RELIABLE. Each day, the driver showed up and ON TIME. They even offer reservations. I called serveral cabs to take me to the airport about 3 days ago.
