Mary George is knowledgeable, fast, non-intimidating, has a great sense of humor, and she makes real "house calls." She takes the pain out of tech support. You can't do better.
We thought our computer was dead. The computer would not boot, but Mary saved the day. In 2 days she had the computer back up and running without missing any data. It was a very deep problem involving a virus. Very good service and she kept us informed about the status of the computer and her results. She even was able to disable a troubling download we did not need and could not stop.
She was prompt and knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing, and shared it with me so I could do some maintenance on my own. I highly recommend her!

George, a tech is a life saver! My computer decided not to work one morning and I was in a panic. I called around to some shops in my area and got repair quotes. I was in shock at the prices they wanted (some charged a fee just to tell you what was wrong). I was getting very discouraged and it was looking like it would be cheaper to just buy a new machine and accept the loss of all my data.
I saw George, a tech's ad and visited their website. I was very impressed with the site. The problem I was having was listed as one of the examples of something they have experience with repairing. The other two reasons I called besides thier experience was their very fair price and the fact they made housecalls. I called and was able to get a next day appointment. To make this long review short my computer now works for less then it would have cost me to have it diagnosed in a repair shop and I didn't have to leave my home. It's hard to believe a service like this is out there, but now that I know it is I will never call anyone but George, a tech again. DG, Concord, CA
Excellent, local service at reasonable rates...what's not to like about George, a Tech? We've called on them a couple of times, now, and found them to be very responsive (same day service) and competent. We highly recommend them.
