The customer service is deplor...

The customer service is deplorable. On the phone the people are rude, nasty, and hang up without giving any information to track who it was I spoke to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Stick with a local repair shop who is courteous and timely.
