I hate this company. I can not return the disk i purchased last two weeks. The disk been two weeks to arrived for some unresponbility reason. First they said its was shiped out at the first day i purchased. And then they said the disk is run ouf of stock. That mean they lying when i asked about the disk been shipping or not. I cant wait to long. I have a lot of stuff on my laptop like assigment and project that i have to do... So finally i get my laptop fixed from a friend before the disk arrieved, mean my laptop been fixed without their disk or service. So i try to called them severals times and nobody take care me. Ive been transfer from this department to that department again and again. And finally im really pissed about their service. And three hours a call back again. I asked they take it back or not. The guy just told Me we can not take it back. All i havent touched or opened the disk when its arrived. Im really mad now been cheated by their service... Anyone know where i can complain about that case... Really want to complain that company "geeks on site" and public to the while state....
