Great experience!

Freddy was great to work with. He was able to find out if the barstools we wanted were in stock and locate them for us. He then gave us a volume discount off the already low price for buying six of them. He was informative and helpful but not at all pushy.

Horrible quality

I made a purchase of $4000 getting new furniture for my living room & dining room. I purchased a lifetime warranty that I have come to find out does not exist & doesn't cover much damage. My recliner, end table & dinette have completely fell apart. My leather is wearing off of the sofa & remaining chair. When contacting the company they offered no warranty that I purchased separately. Horrible quality! I've only had 4 years & everything needs replaced but started breaking as soon as we got it. Not wanting to replace it because of such of the expense we put out in the first place. People cannot afford to spend $4000 every year or so. I Wld not recommend purchasing from this company.

Bad product and customer service
Purchased a sofa for about $1,000 two years ago. The cushions and pillow are falling apart. The cushion threads are fraying and sticking out. You can't even tell what the original color is. One year warranty, okay that is what they give you. But, when a sofa is falling apart and the color has faded beyond recognition, you would think a company would do something. Nope.....stay away from Furniture Row companies. We also purchased a dining room set for about $1,000. The finish is cracking and the screws are constantly falling out. I understand these aren't expensive pieces of furniture, but you would expect at least 4 or 5 years of normal wear and tear.

I worked with the female manager and she was so helpful. She explained why the Denver Mattress line is such a good value and how they are rated as one of the top 3 brands by Consumer Reports. She even showed me how she could fit me for a mattress! I have recommended them to everyone! And I only paid $499 for a queen set with a full 15 yr warranty.

Worst Business in Wichita Falls
The manager is extremely pushy and rude. I just wanted to look around and he would not stop following me. After finally losing him I was able to find an over priced mattress that was halfway comfortable. I told him im interested in this model and he tries to high pressure me into buying pillows. To top it off Denver Mattress is the only place in Wichita Falls that charges for delivery. $45 !!! I stopped the sale and left. Poor cusomer service, poor products and poor business practices. Please watch your wallet if you decide to shop at Denver Mattress. Also they are not part of Better Business Bureau....what does that tell you about customer service?
