I called around and kept getting prices that I thought were very low for my car. When I called Auto Recycling, they actually explained to me why the price for my car was low and told me that the price they gave me was guaranteed and paid on the spot. Out of all the other companies that I called, nobody bothered explaining to me (who knows nothing about cars) as to why it was like that. But they did! They were very honest and professional on the phone that I felt confident in selling my car to them. Long story short, I got paid for my car that same day!! I would definitely be using them again in the near future! =)

Rip off!! I was offered $90! $90!!!! For a 4300 lb. SUV!! I just scrapped a 1991 Acura Integra with NO ENGINE for $300!! Not only did they not call me, but said they pride themselves in highest prices, right... Take your business to an honest company if you don't want to be taken advantage of!

Horrible place, horrible experience. Called multiple times - got a quote, called to follow up and the quote was now lower, told them the vehicle was still able to be driven and they said it was a 25 dollar difference. Left multiple VM, never got a call back.

What a pleasure this company was to deal with! I called Frane's and received the highest quote compare to all the other places I called. The process was quick and easy and the guy I talked to was very attentive and friendly. They gave me a quote over the phone, explained how the process worked and delivered their word. Hello franes! I told you I would leave a review. When I called, at first I was scared to call a random company off the internet. But when yall answered, you were pleasant and professional right away put my mind to ease. Everything I would expect from a company. It was fast to receive a quote and fast on the pick up. Crazy thing is last year I junked a vehicle, and the company told me a price and went back on their word...NOW FRANES said a quote and paid the price that was promised. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is willing to get some extra bucks for their old junky car, once again thank you. Keep up they great word ladies and gents!

Ive never dealt with such a professional, honest, enjoyable company. The gentleman I spoke with, I beleive his name was Will, was very polite to me, took his time explaining the process of what they do with the vehicles to me and made sure all my questions were answered. They guaranteed my quote which is important because alot of companies will pay less once they get to the vehicle. They gave me no hassle while picking up the vehicle and the driver was very polite himself. Like it was guaranteed I got exactly what they told me I was going to get and payed cash like promised. I would recommend this company to anyone with a junk car easily.

Thanks a lot Frane's! Last time I junked a car I was riped off so honestly I was a little scared about junking my old car but you guys showed me I had noting to worry about. You guys told me what my car was worth and you even picked it for free. I have to say jr. Is extremely helpful. He explained what happens to the car after its picked up and recycled. definitely a good company, i found while calling around i was getting prices for my 98 honda , but no one would guarantee their offer...Frane's Auto Recycling gave my a great price n gave me a guaranteed price and picked my car up the very same day...very good company!

I called another company first to come out and pick up my junked old beater. They quoted me one price on the phone, but when they got to my house they offered me less. I turned them down and called Frane's. They guaranteed me the price and paid me cash on the spot ( and it was more than the other guy too!). Don't bother calling others if you need a junk haul away- use Frane's.

I had never junked a car before but decided to do so with my old and broken down 96 Chrysler Concorde. After searching a number of places, I settled on Frane's because their website mentioned not being open on the Lord's Day and had a Scripture reference, I knew if they were Christians they would most likely be honest. And I was right. Not only did Frane's offer me more for the car than other places I contacted, but the driver was prompt and had the cash for me when he arrived. No haggling or issues of any kind. After reading numerous negative reviews about OTHER cash-for-cars places, I contacted Frane's. I submitted a quote request Sunday night. By Monday morning I had an email and voicemail from them with a guaranteed price quote. Scheduled pick-up of my non-running vehicle that same day. Crystal Lane Auto Salvage came on time with my check in hand, already made out for the agreed upon price. I cannot recommend Frane's or Crystal Lane enough. They were friendly and HONEST. Will highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service. Did I mention that most of the other companies I contacted never even got back to me at all? Shannon

Hi Frane's!!! Its me with the old datson, which I'm sure you get lots of cars but mine was the one under water. Ask the driver on what happened, I'm sure you guys will find it hilarious any who I wanted to let you guys know I was very impressed on how you guys conduct business. I had a old Lincoln, it didn't run, it was straight junk. Thanks to Frane's Auto Recycling, I was able to get the waste of space out of my yard and was even able to afford my Turkey. Frane's Auto Recycling is by far the best junk car removal service out there. I had a beat up old Buick, I called and talk to a young woman, and she told me I could get paid cash for getting rid of my car. I tried them out, and within no time the flatbed was at my house, the guy paid me and took my old hunk o' junk away. I give them 2 thumbs up, and a 5 star rating. Expect cookies this thanksgiving.
