like someone else said over priced and they always find something that needs repair. Never any Firestone again!!!

I'd risk fixing my own car before I ever trust these people again. Went in for a simple rear valve cover gasket and a tire rotation and they mess up the front one, break a battery terminal, and put a hole in my fuel line and have the nerve to say it was already like that and there's nothing they can do. Neither of my cars will ever go back there again.

Overpriced and underqualified. After waiting patiently at the desk, finally was able to tell the guy I wanted a simple rotation, car is lowered and has nice wheels and lug nuts so I want them to be careful and not scratch anything up. Next thing you know, some shop manager is telling me they don't want my money and don't want to take the risk of damaging my car. Wasted about 40 minutes of my time. I used them to get a set of "cheap" tires for my Integra, and they overcharged me for that. I won't be doing business with them again. Avoid.

Hours of operation are great. The counter help could be better. More Interested in the TV and reek of Commission Breathe. I bought the lifetime alignment for about $150. Not a bad deal seeing I'm keeping the car. After a month of driving it you can tell it was slightly out looking at the tire wear, sound withinv the cabin, and feel of the road. The counter guy wasn't happy I brought it back for realignment. Spoke to me like I knew nothing yet doesn't realize I have an automotive repair degree

Avoid this place if you can. They are masters a nickle and dime-ing you. Agreed at the beginning to buy four tires, an over-priced oil change, and a state inspection. TO pass state inspection, I need to buy over-priced windshield wipers to pass... fine. Then they tack on a $5/per wiper blade installation fee. Seriously??? I don't care about the $10, just the fact that I just dropped a bunch of cash and they don't have the common business sense to wave an wiper installation fee. Then they tell me that for $80 they will fix my alignment which was off by .005 degrees and tried to make me feel stupid for not doing it. No thanks Firestone. First and last time I will ever be there.

We had to buy tires for our truck so we did a lot of comparison shopping and they had the best price. Less than a week after we got the tire, my husband got a flat at night, he had some fix-a-flat so used it to get home. Took the truck back to firestone and the tire had a large gash in it. The warranty was voided because he used the fix-a-flat, so we had to buy a new tire and a new pressure sensor( that was broken too.) I understand that they cannot control road hazards, and that we should have read the fine print, but it looks like they could at least discount the tire. Oh well, you live and yo learn!

I will never go to a Firestone ever again! I went to store the Hallandale Beach location, and told the workers after they ran a diagnostic check, that I want only my thermostat and 3 hoses repaired, nothing else. Permission was given by 2pm to start work, but the car was not finished until 7:30pm that night! I know there were other cars, but 5 and half hours is ridiculous, especially when you pay labor $90 an hour!



On top of $248 that I paid to have these fixed, (it costs $63 to remove 3 hoses and another $63 to remove a thermostat seperately I'm told??) I called around and was given cheaper prices in the area for these repairs. How does it cost $63 in labor to remove 3 hoses?



Even worse, I was told I wouldnt be charged for the $24.99 diagnostic checkfrom the beginning, that it would be applied to the repairs, by a worker. When I went to pay, I saw that I was charged and I asked why. I was told that the manager said, that because I wasn't getting a $91 coolant flush I would have to pay for the test, it wouldn't be applied to the repairs!!



What kind of person and company does this to a paying customer, Is it because I am a woman? And what kind of manager goes back on their word and renegs on a promise already made??? It shows me that the manager only cares about money.



I will NEVER go back to any Firestone, and will make sure everyone knows not go to this location or any other for that matter...so they dont get ripped off the way I was.
