This company was great. They handled our eviction case and got our awful tenants out of our rental. Leslie was our attorney and really knew what she was doing! I would highly recommend FastEviction Service. I was skeptical going in, but sooo happy with the result.

Hi, I was researching Fast Eviction Service and the first several reviews were raving about the company. When I saw your 3 stars I wanted to know why your experience was average. But your review was just as glowing as the 5 star reviews.

So, why only 3 stars? It throws off a company's overall rating; which is fine if your experience warrants the lower rating.

My 1 star review of your review is that I believe it is unfair to give a company a lower rating and not explain why.

I am extremely protective of my clients so when I refer anyone to my clientele they better make sure to handle my people with care and provide stellar service. They have yet to let me down!!

After searching for a company to do an eviction for me and deciding on Fast Eviction Service, the process was much easier than expected, however my tenant answered and I had to go to trial, there attorney Ms. Leslie Born, even called me before the court date to go over my case.....she was very friendly and knowledgeable and we won. I would recommend them to anyone and I am even going to use there collection service.

I have completed my 2nd eviction with this company, and it went smooth like the first one. This second time around I decided to come here and give them a good review. I would highly recommend them, they are helpful, courteous, and professional.

I have just completed an eviction with this company and have another one of my tenants in the process of being evicted. I was recommended by my Realtor so I gave it a try. My eviction went very well, within 32 days I had possession of my property. I was very pleased with the staff, got my questions answered and they kept me informed with the status of my case. Overall, I am very content with their service and I would be sure to recommend them to my colleagues. I will be writing another review once my current case is completed.

I just recently switched to Fast Eviction Service and I'm completely satisfied. I wasn't very happy with my old attorney and one day after losing my case during trial, a fellow landlord that was in the courtroom told me to give Fast Evictions a call, he said he was very satisfied and he was sure I would be as well. First of all, the price is a lot better and the staff is fiendly and I have the option of doing everything over the phone, email or fax (which is very convenient for a busy person like me who is always busy).

So far they've completed two cases for me and I will be sure to continue doing business with them. I have also given their Collection department 3 old money judgements from previous evictions and they started working on them right away. I would recommend Fast Eviction Service to anyone.

I am a landlord in the Temecula area. This was the first time I had to evict one of my tenants. Trying to save a few bucks, I had a paralegal assist me with the filing of my eviction. On the day of trial, I met one of the attorneys from Fast Eviction Service and she told me that my notice was defective because it included late fees which was prohibited by landlord tenant law. I was shocked because the paralegal that reviewed and filed my eviction did not inform me that my notice was defective. My case was dismissed at court and I had to re-file, giving my tenant more time to stay in the property and not pay rent. This time I used Fast Eviction Service and they were very helpful. They got my tenant out of the property quickly and now I am using their Collections Department to assist me in the collections of the judgment.

Fast Eviction Service really stick to their name. They served my notice within 24 hours which was great! They work long hours which makes it easy to get a status update or call with any questions I had through the process. I'd highly recommend them.

I've been a landlord for 25 years just about as long as I've been using Fast Eviction Service. They have always helped me with my eviction needs. They always answer the phone even on saturdays. They're staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their attorneys are very aggressive at trial time. They always help me evict my tenants, obtain my money judgements, and help me collect on them too! They're fees are unbelievable, they've always been the lowest. Right now I have 8 open evictions with them and they are collecting on 10 money judgements for me. . They always keep me posted and updated . They send me a weekly update that is VERY informative, they are very professional, fast and effecient. I have been a landlord for over 20 years and have used several different eviction companies for my evictions. Someone recently recommended Fast Eviction Service to me, so I gave them a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though their fees were the lowest I found, they did an excellent job in having my unruly tenant removed from my property. They offered lots of advice and someone always answered the phone when I called, which I really liked. They are now persuing my ex-tenant for the money I am out for having to evict her. I have found my new eviction service.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get your tenant out quickly, efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. They were also very attentive to my questions I had and were always available when I called. They also sent me updates on my case every Friday, which helped with me preparing for the lockout. At the end of the eviction, I received paperwork right away on collecting the back rent from my tenant, which they are in the process of doing. I was very satisfied with their service.

I recently had to evict my tenant from my rental in Riverside County. I was unsure of the whole process but the staff at Fast Evictions explained every step so that I understood what to expect. The customer service was great and I felt that they did an excellent job. If I ever have to go through an eviction again, I would definately call Fast Eviction Service.

I recently had a tenant that stopped paying their rent for no reason and was unwilling to move. I called Fast Eviction Service and asked what I could do. The rep I spoke to was very helpful and informed me that I could serve a 3 day notice to pay or move, and if they didn’t pay within the 3 days I could start the eviction. Sure enough they didn’t pay me and I had to start the eviction. I was able to get my house back in 32days after starting my case. And now I have Fast Eviction Service’s collection department going after my previous tenant for the money they owe me.

I have been using Fast Evictions for about 3 years now and I have never had one bad experience. They go above and beyond. I once used another evictions company named Express and they did not match up. They took 2 months to do a standard eviction where Fast Evictions only takes a month. I highly recommend Fast Evictions. They even have a collection department that is very successful with my collections.

We had a tenant that we wanted to evict, but the paperwork was not complete. We stopped off at Fast Evictions'' office because we were in the area and dropped off a check. They called the office and said that the paperwork was not attached, so we explained that it couldn't be filed until the following Monday. On the weekend, the tenant moved out and returned all keys. We called and asked for the return of our check and were told that the check had been cashed and a $50 processing fee would be charged. We went at the end of the business day on a Friday; we don't believe that the check had been processed and they were simply collecting an additional fee. Like the previous reviewers, we are going to change our eviction service.

The review is a good and really informative review. It's terrible that they had that horrible experience. The person above put 5 stars when I think they meant 1 star rating. Hopefully if this person sees this they can somehow change their rating from a 5 star to a 1 star.

I have used their services on an eviction two years ago, their service was not impressive, just average. However, a month ago I needed their services for another property. I sent them all my paperwork, specifically asked the lady on the phone to make a note to call me before filing any paperwork or charging my credit card. (I knew there was no refund once I was charged, this is why I was so careful and clear about them calling me). I NEVER received a call, but I trusted they would call within 24hrs, I figured they were busy and will get to me soon. The next business day I noticed my credit card had a charge for the FULL amount of the eviction, but that same day my tenants made the deadline I gave them. I had no need to evict them, plus it is a CA Landlord Law that you cannot evict them once you accept payment. The Fast Evictions girl I spoke to denied ever being told not to go forth with my eviction until verified with me (the Landlord). My concern was handled very BADLY, Nicole (I believe she is a supervisor) took the phone, spoke to me, she was very condesencing telling me what I had to do. She said something along the lines of "If they are late with rent, you needed to kick them out." FIRST of all, they are MY tenants and MY property, thus it is my decision to make, she had absolutely no right to tell me what I should or should not do with my situation. SECOND, it is against CA Landlord Law to accept payment and still kick out your tenants. I am amazed how some of those ladies were offered employment there and how they handled issues. It truly speaks volumes of the mangement as well. I wrote a letter to the attorney but since I did not have his actual e-mail I sent it to a manager, which im sure was shredded. There was absolutely no follow up eventhough I am a repeat customer and they had been handling two of my collections (where their cut is approximately 30-40% of the amount collected). The girl that I spoke to initially and sent my paperwork to DENIED it again and again when asked by Nicole. Needless to say, I am still going through a dispute with Fast Evictions. They did nothing for me, but still expect to collect the full amount of the eviction. They were uncompromising, I was willing to pay them for a part of their work, since they did not do anything for me. But they were unwilling to charge me for ONLY the work they performed (reviewing my faxed paperwork and putting some paperwork together, that is ALL they did). So here I am, a month later fighting it out with our banks. Bottom line: NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED and they have lost me and other of my affiliated landlords as customers. I refuse to do business with companies such as these that could careless to loose a repeat customer. I am so disapointment in them.

I now use Express Evictions, they are located in the same area and do the exact same thing Fast Evictions does, except Express Evictions is so much better handling my evictions.
