I have had NOTHING but good experiences with this company, time after time, in 3 different locations in my area.(Palm Bay,Fl.) I DO have to say the employee who helped me at the Airport location in Melbourne, Fl. was by far the most helpful & although it is out of the way, I will be using them when we rent a vehicle in a couple of weeks just because my experience was SO exceptional!
We were referred to them because our car got hit and the insurance company said that we HAD TO USE THEM!!! BEWARE of the store on E. 1st in Pueblo Colorado. They are rude, they do not keep their word, they do not give you the car that you are promised and they forgot to pick us up when we scheduled a pick up the day before. I guess that they figure since the insurance company was paying them that they did not have to have good customer service. The manager told me that him and the district mgr were friends so it would do no good to report him. He was right!!! I reported Mike the manager to the corporate office and sure enough his boss, EARL, called me on my cell and told me off royal for complaining about one of his stores. He did not correct anything......just made it worse. Apparantly the "Good Ole Boy Club" is alive and well at Enterprise in Pueblo. Customer service out the window,,,,,,,just cover your buddies back side should be their motto. NEVER AGAIN from that store. ALL CUSTOMERS.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! Corporate out of Colorado was where this EARL person is and they aren't much better than the store itself.
On two occasions, I was stranded and the Pine Bluff (Arkansas) office came to my rescue (once exceeding the "mileage for local pickup" because I really needed help). Great customer service, clean vehicles, and extremely friendly and professional staff. If you need a car in Arkansas, call them. They're great!
Pathetic, horrible, Non Professional. I called to reserve a vehicle, i called back and asked instead of picking it up that morning could i pick it up after work. Carmen said no problem. I had told her how important it was for me to get this car my parents were flying in from ca to arnold mo to my mothers brothers house down for family reunion, my only time with them would be fri night , sat, have to come back sun. I called from work fri around 2 o clock carmen said the car was no longer held for me, she never told me that when i talked to her earlier. I leave work early get there 10 min before 5 they had a car i brought in every thing she said ins, bills with my address, and my 120 dollars in cash. This guy comes over said i had to purchase there insurance 40 more dollars. I had enough money to pay for car and gas for it. They never tell you everything over the phone . I am a hair stylist just moved here trying to build up clientell barely making it Because of them i am heart broken not spending this time with my parents. If i conducted business like they do with my customers my business would never grow. I would not recommend this place to no one. HEART BROKEN

we have used enterprise many times and they have been very good to us. when we need to rent a car we always go there.
They should call their company MONEY ROBBER instead of RENT-A-CAR!!!. Here's why:
My husband rented a car and noticed that it had scratches on it. He refused to inital stating there's no damage on the car, they said scratches doesn't count as damage, so he initaled. When he returned the car, they charged him $500 deductible for those scratches !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! OR IF YOU HAD NO CHOICE, MARKED ALL THE TINY SCRATCHES !!!!
I will never again use this company. They are liars, and say and do anything to get you into their office. They then leave you stranded and helpless, and could care less what happens to you. DO NOT USE THEM. They treated my and my 20 month old son like trash.
I rented a car one way from Enterprise in San Marcos, Tx to go to Midland, TX. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and they picked me up from my apartments which are close by. However, when I went to pick up the car, Dewey was very hurried and overly concise when discussing the difference in coverage rates and how things work in the car. When I reserved the car, the attendant asked if there was anything I was looking for and I specifically asked for a car with good gas mileage since I had to travel such a long distance. However, the PT Cruiser they rented me got terrible gas mileage and it also had trouble accelerating on the highway. It was a nice car, but certainly not made for traveling. When I went to turn the car in, they said that they normally charge a drop fee of $35 to leave it in Midland, but since the office in SM overlooked it, they would waive it. To rent one from SM to Midland was $89.33 for one day and to rent one from Midland to SM for one day will be about $124. That's almost a car payment!!!!
My last experience at the Enterprise was horrible!!! The customer service stinks. In order to rent a car you have to go through too many hoops. While attempting to rent a car the other day they told me while I had to produce two references and they had to speak to them on the phone. This was during regular business hours, so I asked the sales person "What if the person is working and can not speak on the phone? " My references are attorneys and business owners I was lucky to reach someone. I used to be a regular customer. It used to be I did not have to spend one half an hour to rent a car. I have told as many of my friends not to rent cars from Enterprise the service will leave you angry.
I reservated a car and asked for pick up service. They told me to call the enterprise office again at the pick up time, what I did. First, no one picked up the phone and when I finally reached them, they told me that they rented out the car without calling me first (I have left my phone number when I made the reservation).
Never again, I prefer other car rentals in the future.
This was easily the worst experience I have ever had with a "service" related company. The customer service was nothing short of non- existant.
To start, I had a pick up time of 3:00, after 2 calls to the branch I was told the driver had another car to deliver and would be a little late. I was picked up at 4:00 and then informed I would not be getting the car or class that I had reserved 2 weeks prior and I would have to be driven to another branch to pick up a car. The branch I originally dealt with was 1 mile from my house, I was taken to another store 20+ mins away thus making me an hour and a half late.
I had reserved a luxury car based on being 6'6" and needing leg room, I was given an economy car to make a 6 hour drive wedged in a car built for someone 5'10".
When I returned this car to the branch I spoke to the Manager about the numerous issues concerning my business dealings with them , I was given a " sorry sir" and that was it. I was never offered a refund, voucher or anything else to make up for the inconvienance I had put up.
This was the first and LAST time I will ever use Enterprise.
TWICE I have tried to rent from this store. Andy the GM is not helpful and his staff is horrible.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
Nice to have a local rental store, but don't expect to get a hugh selection.
I have rented two vehicles from Enterprise in a period of two months. Those cars had a quater tank of gas, were not properly cleaned and I was charged different amounts weekly. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this particular Enterprise branch.
I felt like they answered all my questions and were very friendly. They were always quick to answer the phone as well

Gieco sent me to them because of a car accident. The car that they gave me smelled like somke and was dirty inside. I really think they need to keep the cars cleaner and up on maint. One guy Edwardo from the Rufe Snow office was very help full and kind. The rest were in a rush to get you out the door.
very nasty and dirty cars. they scare you into taking the insurance and prices are very high.
The car is always ready, & they even come and pick you up
They give good deals and service.The staff is friendly and lot of options to choose the car.
