On Aug 13th I had a group of people leave Passaic NJ for Baltimore. In short, all of my clients stated that the AC did not work and they were burning up. Also, the driver did not make the intermediate stop and went right to the last stop. This caused my group to lose time seeing the Inner Harbor. The AC went out during the bus ride home.
I spoke with the owner and asked for a refund - he said no. I asked for a partial refund - he still said no. I will never do business with this company nor recommend this company again.
