former employee

I worked for this company and they expect you to get paid a salary and work more hours than wage and hour would allow! Someone before me stated that they will say anything to fill rooms and they will. I suggest if you are looking to place a loved one talk to the residents and family members not the staff before making your decision.

Do not allow you loved ones to...

Do not allow you loved ones to stay EMERITUS@BELLAIRE.This company only cares about filling rooms,so if your loved one is still able to do alot for themselves.They will go down hill quick due to the fact that they move in people who need total assistance and belong in a nursing homes and it's sad beacause they don't get the full care they deserve! then the people who are capable to still do alot go into deep depress... view more

My mom and dad needed a safe place to live since they could no longer keep up a home. The staff at Emeritus in Paso Robles is absolutely the BEST. They are caring, loving, kind, helpful and sincere. I know my mom and dad are in the best place. They even like the food.....and I can sleep at night knowing they are in a home like atmosphere with all the help they need.

do not send a loved one to any emeritus facility I have worked at several. they teach you to lie, cheat and steal. all of which you should never ever do to anyone escpecially your elders!!!!

This company stated that it can not allow a community organization to come to a meeting/gathering to share say a presentation on individual rights/ Abuse situations? stated the main coorperation will not allow it. doesn't like things like that. now think, is this the type of place that you would want your family member @?

Please do your research

My mom was in the Emeritus assistant living for eight days she had a bump on her head the size of a half golfball and was rushed to the ER for a fractured femur and a dislodged femur head. She had to go into surgery to insert 3 pins. I hope anyone that decides to enter a family member I highly would NOT recommend your love ones to go here!!!!!
