Dumpster source

I just can not believe I've been swindled by this company. In all my years as a plumber I've never dealt with guys this sleazy, this dishonest, and this unprofessional. I wish I had come here to read the reviews on Dumpster Source before I went with their service. Why did I give these men my money... I ordered a bin in the Los Angeles area at an address with city and phone number. I CLEARLY repeated the cross streets and exact address twice to confirm they knew where to drop off the bin, I even gave them directions and told them what freeway would be best to get the location. I left them my credit card over the phone to hold the bin, they said they wouldn't charge it until after the drop off, ok. So the day comes for the bin drop off, and there's no bin. I call the company and they say the bin has been dropped off and I ask them how can this be, I see no bin. They proceed to tell me the bin has been dropped of at a similar street address IN RENO LAS VEGAS! Now how can we go from Los Angeles California to Reno Las Vegas!? I'll tell you how, that happens when you deal with people who JUST DON'T CARE. It wasn't their money or even their bin, they just set it up like a middle man (which I didn't know at the time or I never would have used them). They then proceed to tell me all the reasons why I am going to be charged for the drop off even though it's not even in the right STATE and how it's my fault for their mistake! Of course I refused and hung up the phone to call a REAL rubbish company. 3 days later, I check my bank statement and low and behold there's a charge for $150 from Dumpster Source! I was so mad that I couldn't believe it. I called my bank and filed a charge back, in which the issuing bank investigated and sided with me. You better believe I was burning that phone down. I got the money back, PLUS those clowns had to pay a 35$ chargeback fee to their bank for even trying something so stupid. I will never do business with this company again. Actually calling them a company is an insult to real companies. I will never do business with these clowns again. Good riddens.

These people have TERRIBLE costumer service. They aren't even a disposal service! They contact a trash service local to you and set it up, charging more than your local company. My contract specifically stated that the dumpster on my site would be picked up in the afternoon. They came at 8:30 a.m.. while I had guys at the site finishing the load. I called and basically they said "too bad". I will never use this company again. Wish I had investigated them more before I did! I would have discovered what crooks they are.

Dumpster Source isn't even a real dumpster company, it's just an office that calls REAL companies that actually do the work and then Dumpster Source skims a little money off the deal, while doing nothing but being a middle man. Why would anyone pay more just for them to call a local company to do the work. I know this because when I called to change scheduled delivery date, they tried charged me a $100 for the inconvenience fee !!!! I was so angry that I took the issue to the local small claims court, and won the $100 back plus another $80 for my time wasted to file. That's when it came out, that they just sub-contract the work to other companies. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOES NOTHING BUT CONTACT YOUR LOCAL TRASH DELIVERY COMPANY AND SCHEDULE THEM TO DELIVER A TRASH BIN. FOR THIS THEY CHARGE YOU $150 MORE THAN IF YOU WERE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL COMPANY DIRECTLY. AND IF YOU CANCEL THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $100, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

this company should not advertise in the new jersey area if they dont actually service the customers themselves because they fail to pay their subcontracting vendors for services provided

Great communication and extra effort...Dear Liz and Nick: Many thanks to you both! My wife and I want to thank you for all of the help in coordinating our dumpster delivery last week. You were professional and informative, and with the snow shutting down our airport here in Atlanta, we had to rebook our flight which ruined all of our plans we'd set up to clean out my deceased uncle's home. When we finally did arrive, the Philadelphia area was worse than we expected. My uncle's driveway was supposed to have been properly plowed, but the township trucks "blocked it in" with a 3 foot high "ice wall" (and we thought Atlanta's 3" was bad. LOL). When we had to rescudule the 2nd time (aargh), we were frustrated and embarrassed, but you were both understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend you guys! Take care, Greg & Debi C.

DUMPSTER SOURCE has the worst policy services ever! I was excited b/c the price was good, but was charged $100 and did not even get the dumpster! It was record snow storm AND it had snowed the night before and left ice in the alleyway leading to my garage. This condition was not explained in the terms/conditions that if this was a condition it would cost the customer just because the dispatcher came out! All the terms & conditions explain about costs that may incur with the HAUL away, nothing about the DELIVERY. The agent, NICK, kept saying that he talked it over about being snowy but didn't know about icy. Please be sure to ask questions but they may not even help because you are not the dumpster professional! You will incur unforeseen costs with this company and it was totally UNFAIR. They also try and make it seem like they are giving you a break when you end up having to pay. Nick was nice, but tried to "work" with you to come again therefore a $400 dumpster ends up costing more & more. BTW, I was told that if it was muddy, electrical wires, too much water, trash freezes in the winter, or anything else THEY may decide when they bring the dumpster out, that you too would also be charged an additional fee. But don't worry, they promise to "work with you". In my case the work with you was about $40 less than the original price BUT you won't get that trip fee back. They are the worst! Go with someone local and NOW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO ASK THE NEXT GUY! Don't fall for their great price!

Hey, y'all! Thanks for the *big help* with my roofing job after the storm. I called every dumpster company in the book for two days and everyone was out of containers, which makes sense since just about everyone's roof was caved in. By the time I found you guys I had pretty much given up hope, but "Liz" (she's great!) was able to scare up a 30cy for the next day. What a relief! Thanks, Liz!!! You go girl!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE - CALLED AM AND SONS NIGHT AND DAY COMPARISON

I called this company, a broker. They gave me a quote for a dumpster, an amount that matched what we had found on their website. We agreed on the deal, and I gave them payment information. The dumpster was to be delivered in 2-3 days. They called the next day to say that they made a mistake on the pricing, and the price would be 50% more than what they had quoted. I cancelled the deal, and called an in state company that actually provides their own services. Their price was about 20% higher than what Dumpster Source quoted, but for twice the length of time, and they said they had received a call the day before from a broker about the same job. In other words, Dumpster Source quoted a price they couldn't deliver on as they couldn't find a local company that would provide the service for them at that price. Rather than honor their deal, they quoted a markup of the same company I ended up calling. My advice, try a local dealer yourself whenever possible rather than going through a broker like this one.

Any question that I had along the way was answered fully by at least one person from the staff via email or phone conversations. Great business and great prices

We do business throughout the United States and have used many different companies in the past for our dumpsters but none come close to the excellent service I receive from Integrated Waste Solutions. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always accessable. They return phone calls in a timely manner and they go out of there way to make sure we are competely satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I work as a general contractor across the nation and was recently found myself needing a roll off container at the last minute. I attempted to contact several companies that could not meet my timeline and were unable to give me a definitive answers. The service representative at Integrated Waste Solution was able to put my mind at easy and gave me real feedback. I felt that the service that Integrated Waste Solutions provided exceeded my expectations!!! I would definitely use thier services for future jobs!!!

It's lovely to speak with someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and clear about the services and fees they provide. They don't press you to use their services, which is a huge plus, but their rates are quite reasonable and customer service counts for something!
