I offer the caring attention, exploratory questions, insight and honest feedback that will establish a safe environment in which to examine your situation thoroughly and make changes in your life. Session length and psychotherapeutic techniques are adapted to the needs and personality of each client and include the whole spectrum of psychodynamic, existential, client-centered, cognitive and behavioral principles and methods. The client population served includes young adults, new professionals and new parents, persons in midlife transitions and those in their later years. In the resolution of childhood or adult traumas, desensitization and reprocessing methods adapted from the research on EMDR are available.
