At Doorway to Health and Wellness our specialty is helping, clients reach their health and wellness goals. We believe that, there is no better medical plan than prevention. Some feel that ethnicity determines the likelihood of certain conditions, such as obesity and diabetes. At Doorway to Health and Wellness we see it differently. We know that rather than inheriting a genic predisposition to these conditions we inherit lifestyles and dietary regiments that lead to certain conditions. In other words, we eat what our parents ate and in many cases enjoy the things they enjoyed; consequently we inherit the same conditions they had as a product of that lifestyle. Fortunately you can flip that script. Changing just a few key elements can change you future. Let us show you how.
