not worthy of even one star

Horrible Service!!! They are so rude when you call so obvious that they dont care to lose clients..and after reading more reviews their whole service SUCKS.. Better off looking some where else. Not professional at all.. Horrible horrible..

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TV SERVICES!!! This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! Services cut out all the time and only half the channels that I PAY for are not available! I was told that since they are able to fix the problem then I should have no problem with the service! This company provides poor customer service. We have a Dish receiver which no longer will receive some channels. A tech came out and checked the unit out and said that it has a software issue. We have over 100 hours of video on the hard drive most of which needs to be saved to DVD's and is a time consuming task. Get Americans

Get English speaking Americans working for you!! Had two people hang up on me, cause I asked to speak to their supervisor and they told me no one is higher then them. They charged me $100 cause I moved, but I was never told of this fee or did I agree to it or sign any paper work stating they can take out $100 extra for this so called moving fee. I have been a Dish customer for a few months now and service is horrible! I have had 2 modems replaced and it's not from over usage since you are limited to how much you can use during peak hr. You have to wait at least a week for a tech to come out since they don't hire enough to service the area, mine tech came from 1.5hrs away? WORST SERVICE EVER! After bein...

WORST SERVICE EVER! After being hung up on four times while being transferred from person to person, and leaving messages with two supervisors that never called me back it's safe for me to say this is the worst service I've ever experienced. If I treated my clients this way I wouldn't have any. Save yourself a ton of trouble and take your money somewhere else. Even if it's more costly it would be worth it.

They were very helpful. Able to answer all my questions and took time with any info that needed repeating or clarifying. Very polite and customer oriented filling all our needs Able to schedule the install on the next day. Overall very nice to work with to get their service..
