If I could give this company zero stars.I would. They are by far the most expensive providers and have the worst possible customer service/policies. I would go without tv before using them again. After 8 years with Dish we relocated to a new state. When I terminated service at our old address they offered me every deal under the sun, but I was unable to accept because we did not have a fwding address. Now that we are settled and wanted to reconnect not only will they not give us those deals our bill would go $68! DONE WITH DISH
Rudest folks ever!!!! I called trying to get technical service. I was hung up three times. I was asked if I wanted to start new service. I stated that I need help. Each time, two different company people, said, "asked me if I was a new customer. Then chimed, "Wrong number." Then each time hung up on me. Very rude. They just lost a customer.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TV SERVICES!!! This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! Services cut out all the time and only half the channels that I PAY for are not available! I was told that since they are able to fix the problem then I should have no problem with the service! I don't have the time to constantly call them or make sure someone is at home to fix these problems and therefore I cancelled my services! I was told that I would be charged $140.00 by one rep and then told by a supervisor that I would be charged $200.00. A supervisor named David hung up on me! I've never been treated so rude in all my experiences with any company! Just wanted to share!
This company provides poor customer service. We have a Dish receiver which no longer will receive some channels. A tech came out and checked the unit out and said that it has a software issue. We have over 100 hours of video on the hard drive most of which needs to be saved to DVD's and is a time consuming task. Since it is a problem with Dish Networks equipment we asked them to transfer the data to the replacement unit for us which they refuse to do. This is not good customer service as there equipment has failed and we are having to continue paying the full monthly fee even though we cannot get all the channels until we are able to get all the programs of the hard drive that we want to save.
Get English speaking Americans working for you!! Had two people hang up on me, cause I asked to speak to their supervisor and they told me no one is higher then them. They charged me $100 cause I moved, but I was never told of this fee or did I agree to it or sign any paper work stating they can take out $100 extra for this so called moving fee. They said it was in the fine print, well I read everything and so did two others and there is NOTHING stating that there is a moving fee. I tell people to stay with cable cause none of the dish companies are worth the BS!!!!!!! at least cox is nice to you no matter what and always fixes things as soon as they can
I have been a Dish customer for a few months now and service is horrible! I have had 2 modems replaced and it's not from over usage since you are limited to how much you can use during peak hr. You have to wait at least a week for a tech to come out since they don't hire enough to service the area, mine tech came from 1.5hrs away? Internet is flaky most of the time, the TV has been doing ok once they got it right but was freezing when first installed. If you can get suddenlink I would choose that first. Another crappy company from Northern Arizona!
