Great picture! But they do not care about there Customers! Just to add a bedroom basic HD receiver I had to pay $156.88 plus a two year contract! To keep Dish they will keep you under contract! No movie channels and I pay over $210.00 a month for a bundle of internet, phone and Direct.

Really good and friendly installers, very funny guy actually. I had so many problems with Dish before I tried out directv through direct sat. Pretty good deal and at least I can watch the new season of Breaking Bad now. No complaints
I had direct tv for 3 years with no problems once I moved and transferred service I have had nothing but problems with them billing me for services they offered at a discount with no discount spend hours on the phone problems with the remotes not working nothing was done to fix this problem after calling them about this this I called to find deals on plans as I was going thru divorce needed to save money I could not get any breaks after delays getting paid I called to quit did not want to run up bills I could not say when I would be getting support checks I was told this was fine they were sorry to see me ago after so many years as valuable customer was on autopay all this time as well but nothing was said about charging me over 300.00 in early terminatin fees I had paid my bill in full sent back all equipment and they have continued to bill my cc on file avoid this company at costs do not give them a regular cc ever or bank account info use a prepaid one
I was really satisfied with my purchase from Direct Sat. They were completely transparent with the set-up costs, monthly bills, etc. I am definitely saving money by switching from cable to Directv!
Totally sucks. Service constantly cuts in and out and without fail it goes out for good once or twice a month. Calls to customer service as well as several visits by the repair man have done nothing to solve the problem. The customer service hotline also has terrible hours when it comes to reaching them and half the time the phone line is out due to &quot;routine maintenance&quot; I switched to Direct TV from Comcast to save money but it was a blunder. I'll be canceling Direct TV asap and going back.

Absolutely one of the WORST experiences ever.
Signed up through them, explained how the house was set up, WHERE the dish was to be installed. Nothing custom just on the side of the house. Technician calls, has never seen our house or where in the backyard the dish will be located automatically says $135 for custom installation since we have a tile roof it requires custom installation. We were asking for nothing custom, in wall cables had already been done, all he had to do was install the dish. Mind you he says the dish can't be installed without these custom brackets yet hes NEVER seen the house. Then he proceeds to hang up on us which is completely unacceptable. And did I mention when we signed up part of the promotion was free standard installation, apparently standard installation does not exist. The customer service representative we talked to after was just as rude saying to run wires down the walls was extra, we informed her wires were already run and house was completely pre-wired. Ended up cancelling the service, they are still charging us for shipping but will be happily contesting the charges on the credit card since they falsely advertised their free installation and I would not have signed up.
By far the best value for the price! My experience with DirecTV has been very pleasant. I have had no problems with service, and the programming is great. I have HDTV and the picture quality is fantastic. I recommend DirecTV to anyone looking to get the most for their money.
Reception is awful. Goes in & out. They don't care.Bill gets higher & higher. They don't appreciate the customers that have been with them for 9 years? Going to chnage to Direc TV
Direct tv does not honor their advertisement. They deduct money from your account for services that they do not provide. Try to cancel the service and they'll charge you for equipment you returned and more.
I have had nothing but problems trying to get this service. I believe you should have some classes for the people you have working for you so they will be able to answer questions, drive in the rain,.and how to talk to the people that has already paid for a service. You should also rethink how to get the people back their money when they have tried all they can do to work with you people and it just can't be worked out.I have spent over five hours, at less, on my cell phone trying to get my money back. How is it that you can take our money out in one day and yet it takes three to five business days and can take up to three weeks. All I can say is good luck to the rest of you who put their money out and then wait.
I love my new Directv service from Direct Sat TV. The picture quality is great and the DVR is the best thing ever. I can record two shows while watching another - and set it to record an entire series. Try it you will like it.
DIRECTV is great...NFL Sunday Ticket and now 70 HD channels. The sales experience was great and the service from Direct Sat TV was sensational. Their sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Back to watching my DIRECTV.
