The atmosphere is nice, bit a customer service failure. I reserved a table, was seated, and served drinks. After that we waited for over an hour before leaving. I contacted the manager, Scott, and was told that I would be sent a gift card, which I NEVER RECEIVED. That's twice disrespected by a restaurant that pretends to be all about class. I'd rate lower if possible.
The Diamond is an amazing restaurant. With the best food, amazing servers, wonderful guest, friendly atmosphere, and outstanding history of the building it brings any type of occasion into the doors for a wonderful experience.
I found the Diamond Grill via my GPS and I'm so glad I did!! I'm a business traveler and I have to say the steak I had tonight was one of the best I've ever had. The restaurant itself was beautiful and immaculate so what else do you need.... Great place so just go and you'll understand...
In the past year we have had three wonderful meals at the Diamond Grill. \r
The Art Deco interior is a wonderful surprise. The staff is almost too attentive and the service without flaw.\r
The two evening meals were beautifully prepared and served grandly. The brunch, served buffet-style, was fun and a delightfully social experience.\r
The menu, while not extensive, was more than adequate to meet the varied tastes of each member of our group. The wine list good, and the prices quite affordable.\r
We were greeted warmly and seated without delay. Reservations are a must, or were each time we were there. Tables are near, but no so close as to prevent private conversations, and the lighting leads to a sense of privacy. Make the trip, it's worth it!
