        Overall

        Terrible experience! Daughters car slid off road. Dan's was called. Told them we would meet them at the house. (He asked the address several times). Sat at the house for about 20 minutes and decided to call in case he got lost. Was told he had been there and car was now at the impound lot. So of course now they are holding your car hostage but they say they can make us a deal. Needless to say we pay to have the car towed again (after they ask if the car is even salvageable). We said we would meet him at the house. Would have been happy to pay him ahead of time if i had known. What's an extra 100 dollars on top of the 300? Beware!
