D & N Towing

I just had a horrific experience with S----- at D & N Garage INC. I was not driving my vehicle and it was impounded. I had called S----- at the garage on Saturday and I said I needed my medication that was in the car and he told me I could come by and pick it up and make arrangements for the disposition of my car. I got a ride and went to his establishment and it was locked and closed I tried calling he would not answer the phone. Sunday closed. I did not get my medication.

I got a hold of S----- at D & N we made an agreement to have the car delivered before 3:30 that day. I agreed to the extra days of storage fee and the Extra $100 in towing. At 4 pm he did not show up. I had to call the my employer to miss work. When I called S----- he told me that "You do not matter" "You're not important" and for me to find someone else to take my car out of the yard

Half the day was gone. I could not arrange another tow until the next morning. When I got to D & N's he was civil until my tow truck driver went to put my car on the roll-back. S----- even charged me $25 for the day he failed to deliver my car. He gave me the impression he was dragging his feet so that the fee's and add-on's would make my car too expensive. This would make my car a candidate for abandoned vehicle and be the garage's. When I paid the bill I found fee's for mileage that was not consistent and a augmentative owner. I wanted to take my car and get out.
If you want nightmares go to D & N. I had headaches hours after.

Our battery went dead in the Mid-Michigan Dr.'s office of Dr. Hunter's and they came and started our car, quickly with no charge...so awesome!!...

The Owners make it impossible to get your vehicle back. Have tried to contact via Phone and Facebook. Scam artists to keep and sell your vehicle.

We had a flat tire on northbound 75 and called AAA who said they were sending someone from D&N. 2 hours later I called D&N who had never received an order from AAA. Mike from D&N came within 20 minutes and was kind, courteous and quick. Great service and nice guy.

we were broke down on the side of the road on I 75 they took me and my family to a motel and the car to a repair shop.. Very friendly ,

D & N was there in 16 min. & loaded me & my family up , IIt was a suprise to find they have full back seats, for my wife and kids. Towed us to Bay City.
