Crystal Rock began as a delivery company in 1914 in Stamford, Connecticut. Ever since Crystal Rock was started by Henry Baker, Sr., our mission has been to deliver great-tasting water. Today, Crystal Rock offers a multitude of drinking water optionsā€”including Spring, Fluoridated, Purified and Distilledā€”that can be delivered straight to your home or office with the selection of 3- or 5-gallon bottles and cased water. If a zero star rating was an option here that is what I would be choosing. My family and I have been with Crystal Springs Water for probably about 6 months now. The last 2-3 months i have had to call every other week, when we received out delivery cause it was always wrong. We either didn't receive enough bottles or our empty bottles weren't picked up, or they were leaving more then we were scheduled for and then billing us extra.

On top of their branch managers and drivers not having a clue as to how to do their jobs correctly, the supervisors at the customer care phone number provided don't ever have a solution and show very little remorse when dealing with an issue that is so clearly the companies fault. I would call and be told that my order would be corrected within the next 2-3 days when the delivery driver would be in our area again and it NEVER was. Not once did these people actually show up when they told me they would.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Crystal Springs in Louisville, KY is great. I have no issues at all. Drivers are beyond nice, they also give my dog a treat every time they come. I was told in the beginning that i would be delivered to twice a month by a rep over the phone. The next day the manger calls and apologizes and says we only service this area once a month. Gave me some free water for the troubles. Just glad that i have crystal springs in Louisville. Highly recommend them here.

We got information about Crystal Springs from one of our friends. And we were satisfied for the first month or so.
But after the first month, we were made to regret our decision to go for crystal springs.
Once a month, delivery person would keep a can outside the door and just leave. They wouldnt care to knock the door to collect the empty cans or even the weather.
This month is even worse. We called atleast 10 times asking for delivery and every time we were promised for next day delivery. Nothing happened.

This is probably the worst water service in Dublin.
Never ever go for crystal springs.

We had been customers with DS Water for over 10 years and for most of that time things were manageable. Delivery dates would change and so would drivers but usually we got our water in the right amount on the days they told us they would be there...until the last couple of years. Then because of husband's age (75) and bad back & heart requested that our order be changed from five gallon bottles to three gallon bottles which are easier for him to handle. Then the missed deliveries started or they would leave five gallon bottles instead of three gallon, their excuse was lack of three gallon bottles available but they would give us a "special" rate to take the five gallons. Told them unless the special rate fixed husband's back and heart wasn't interested and please cancel our service...which they did, but we have been waiting since June for them to come pick up the four three gallon bottles we have and refund our deposits. My husband has waited up to half an hour without speaking to a CSR and has even flagged down local driver at Walmart to try and get these bottles picked up. I managed to get to speak with someone who promised they would email manager to have the bottles picked up and one week later they still sit on my porch waiting for someone to get them. Very disappointed, but not surprised.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From delivery to billing this company is totally incompetent. I had service for over a year and was late 1 month due to a billing error and was put on hold. No notification other than I did not receive water for a month. When I requested cancellation there was no effort to keep my business. Jeanette had the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced.

over a year of service,,,never correct day or amount. 30 minute wait time on phone at least 15 times this year, I feel like I am talking to a recording that says "I will fix that"" I am sorry"" I will tell my manager" I will tell the route manager for your area" I have had up to 20 empties and 10 full because the delivery day changes for them, not me. "

HORRIBLE customer service and unreliable delivery service! I would NEVER recommend their services. Only way to contact them is by phone and the average wait time is 1 hour! I waited on hold twice for an hour each time to be hung up on.

BEWARE! THEY GET 0 STARS... BUT I HAD TO CLICK ON A STAR! I placed an order through Costco for a dispenser and water delivery. They never showed up on the scheduled date! When I called I was told I was rescheduled for the following week. They openly admitted that mgmt. does this without notifying the customers! I agreed to give them one more try & scheduled a delivery. NO One Showed Up! I didn't call, cause it wasn't worth my time. To my surprise , a week later DS, calls asking if they can deliver water two weeks from now. Deliver water... You didn't deliver the dispenser! Their excuse - we are 30 days behind on our orders. The CSR was understanding, she stated she hears this same complaint everyday, She stated DS submits the complaints to COSTCO. - sure they do...haha! I placed a complaint with Costco, - I hope they drops them immediately and welcomes in another water service. This is not good for Costco's rep either! SHAME ON YOU CRYSTAL SPRINGS /DS WATER!!!!!!!

Disappointed! The don't even reserve a star. It took forever for holding line. Always delay for delivery. The missed my delivery at August 29, I called them at August 31 twice to request same day delivery, they said they could not do so but will get it delivered next day which is September 1st. That's the point that really pissed me off: AT SEPTEMBER 1ST, THEY RESCHEDULE IT TO SEPTEMBER 6!!!! HOW COULD THEY RUNNING BUSINESS LIKE THIS!

Told them to stop the service for few months, still got billed for the bottles. Takes long time to talk to some one on the phone, even worst than the Comcast. Been trying to resolve the issue for several months now without any success. Every month I get a statement with a late fee yet no body contacts me regarding the disputed bill.

Do not recommend this company. Going to buy the cooler and bottles on my own.

Astounding incompetence at their customer service level. Sales line picks up instantly while customer service may not pick up at all. Distilled water can be dangerous to drink but they provide no warning. Costco needs to clean up their act about this one.

The most God-awful water-delivery service you will ever experience, hands-down.

They know how to make the water delicious, but I spent MONTHS calling and emailing trying to get them to deliver on the right day and TO THE RIGHT APARTMENT. It's my own fault, I stayed in this like a bad relationship, hoping the other person would change. But after hearing customer service tell me that they sent multiple emails to the route manager and yet still nothing had changed, I decided to finally cancel. BEST DECISION EVER. You are just a drop in the bucket to them, they don't care if you stay or if you go, or if you get your water.

Start. Crystal Springs takes over for Laurel Valley. They automate everything. Sounds like a plus. Minus - No water delivery. They missed two additional deliveries. Bigger minus - No water in my building (I don't have potable water). My employees can walk with paid lv. Still no water. Called and canceled service in May. (Switched to Culligan. I recommend for Fayetteville, NC). Still come June 20th, I still have my water coolers which I don't use and got a bill. Nice. They use national call centers to ensure who you speak with has no clue who you are or what the issue is. They also won't connect you with their local representatives. Unreal - or "real stupid."

The good news--we love the spring water. The bad news--you can't get Crystal Springs to deliver it. As others have said, we are long-time customers. Started out great with deliveries right on schedule, then they started skipping deliveries and finally none at all. We only had 3 or 4 deliveries for the year in 2015 after we called them repeatedly. Calling the company made no difference. They would promise water would be delivered, we'd get the automated call on Thursday saying to set our empty bottles out for the next day, then weeks/months later, there they would still be on the porch. Crazy! How do they stay in business?

I have been a customer for several years and they used to be pretty decent However, it has just gone down hill over the past year. They just never show up. I live in a windy area and the water bottles will blow all over my yard and I have to continue to pick them up. When I call customer service they can never tell me why someone did not show up and say it was rescheduled for the next day. No one ever calls me to say it is rescheduled. However, even after it is rescheduled, they do not show up then either. I finally cancelled my account but I still cannot get them to pick up their cooler and empty bottles. It has been 4 days and they say I am responsible if something happens to the cooler even though I have done what I was supposed to do! I cant even take it to them. This company is horrible. I would rather have the inconvenience of picking water up from the store then the inconvenience and time drain of calling them everyday and talking to people that have no idea what is going on.
