        CrowTow is in the business to provide a high quality, affordable service to the general public and our local and state police agencies. We provide low cost towing, storage, impounds, and transit facilities of vehicles for safekeeping while awaiting for private citizens or their insurance companies to retrieve and remove the vehicle to a local body shop, mechanic shops for repair or to an outside disposal or wrecking yard service. We provide a vehicle auction facility for abandoned cars for the private sector, local and state police and or state agencies. Our company is a member of the Towing and Recovery Professional of Iowa. Randy Crow, Owner of CrowTow, serves on the Board of Directors and on the Abandoned Vehicle Committee. Our customers consist of roadside assistance companies such as AAA, Cross Country, USAC, AARP, GE Financial, Road America, State of Iowa, Ford, General Motors and Chrysler. At CrowTow, in the event that you may need our services, we can take care of all your needs. Collision Recovery CrowTow is in the business to provide a high quality, low cost service to the general public and our local and state police agencies. We provide prompt, courteous service to assist you with your collision recovery in the event of a vehicle impairment or accident. We also provide a large variety of Roadside Assistance such as tire changes, jumpstarts, fuel delivery, and more. We provide low cost towing, storage, impounds, and transit facilities of vehicles for safekeeping while awaiting for private citizens or their insurance companies to retrieve and remove the vehicle to a local body shop and mechanic shops for repair and or to a outside disposal or wrecking yard service. We provide a vehicle auction facility for used and or abandoned cars for the private sector, local & state police and/or state agencies. We provide professionally trained drivers who are available around the clock for emergency roadside assistance. 24hr Fast Response Towing Cars Trucks RV Auto Transporting MotorCycle Battery Jump Starts Lock Out Services Gas Delivery Tire Changes Accident Recovery Insurance Towing and much more We provide services for the following motor clubs: AAA GE GEICO Road America Cross Country QSAC Auto Advantage Auto Help Line Tire changes - If your vehicle's spare tire is inflated and serviceable, it will be installed to replace a flat tire. If no such spare is available, your vehicle will be towed. Tire repairs, and installation or removal of snow tires or chains are not covered. Jump starts - A battery boost will be provided in an attempt to start your vehicle. You will be responsible for recharging. Lock out services - Services will be sent to gain entrance to a vehicle having its keys locked inside. Fuel delivery - A supply of fuel (enough to reach the nearest service station) can be provided to you at the cost of the current pump prices.

        Wow. My daughter was stranded and they got to her right away. The driver was helpful and took care of her car so fast. Thanks for all they do!

        My car was towed from a lot I pay to park in. Yes, that is correct- I PAY TO PARK IN A LOT THAT I WAS TOWED FROM! The parking pass had slid to the center of my dashboard- and the property manager says that Crow Tow should be looking over the entire dashboard in case it moves around from the drivers side. My car was towed- I called to complain after getting my car back. The manager (Randy) told me that I was lucky they didn't make me pay to get my car back. And mentioned it was towed on Saturday and I hadn't noticed until Tuesday (Maybe implying that I did not appreciate my car enough to get it back??) But, I was out of town- which shouldn't matter if I am paying to park in a lot. Awful customer service. What a way to ruin my day (and make me late for class). I would give negative stars if possible

        Call at your own risk! Randy, the owner quoted me $150 over the phone and after the driver had problems with his equipment and finally got my truck on the road told me it would be $225. He told me that asking for him to honor the price he quoted me over the phone was "the stupidest thing" I could have done and then hung up on me. Cooler heads prevailed when talking to the service manager and I paid $150. I will never take the risk of calling them again.
