Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing & Repair

In March we had a new well drilled and the pressure regulator malfunctioned. Our tenant (who just had a baby 3 days before) who rents an apartment connected to our home called to say her water pressure was very low and there was no hot water and the water heater was making a horrible noise. Being at work and unable to leave yet concerned for my tenant I called Courtesy Manufactured Home and Plumbing Repair. The man that answered said he was in the middle of a job and couldn't get to us that day since it was already past 5:00 pm. I explained the situation and told him I was concerned because of baby and the horrible noise the tenant said the water heater was making. He said he'd see what he could do. Within 1/2 hour he had gone over to my house, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and took my payment over the phone which was only $89. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs or any other services they provide!
