Cornerstone Property Inspection

Dion inspected the home I am in the process of purchasing today. I can truly say I was blown away by his knowledge, professionalism, honesty, patience, thoroughness, and really everything else! He was a pleasure to work with, from the initial phone call, scheduling, inspection, to the completed work.
Dion took the time to truly explain all points in detail to me. He constantly asked if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable with his explanations. You can truly tell that he loves his work and is good at it! I really appreciated the extra effort Dion took to explain some tips and tricks for extended home care. He also made an effort to fit himself into all the nooks and crannies of the house to ensure his inspection was 100%.
This is a guy that knows his stuff! He was also very personable and easy to talk to. Also, his rate was affordable and reasonable! You will not be dissatisfied if you hire this company to perform your inspection.
