Jerry Southards and his crew did an excellent job with our remodel. He had good recommendations and ideas and brought in excellent craftsmen as subcontractors. They were all extremely professional, punctual, courteous, and neat. We were provided with an extensive list of assorted stores that carried necessary materials for our job and Jerry was able to secure what we picked at a discount. All work was done on schedule and done well.

We were fortunate to have Cormier help us with a new roof, new gutters, house painting, new overhang, fixed the stucco, new outdoor lighting fixtures and new attic fans. The positive working relationship included meeting deadlines and budgets with team members that were clean and courteous.



What I also liked was Cormier's ability to offer expert opinions on different alternatives before putting together a professional Statement of Work.



We are looking forward to our next project with them.

Cormier Construction completed an attic, garage and central air project for us. We found them to be professional and reliable. Jerry always returned my calls, his crew and subcontractors completed the work as they said they would. We are very happy with the results.

He knew the right questions to ask about our expectations for the project and educated us on exactly what needed to take place to accomplish our project. My husband and I have used Cormier Construction many times over a period of 10 years. They completely remodeled our kitchen, installed hard wood floors and remodeled our master bath. Cormier Construction is our go to contractor for our entire house. We had our kitchen gutted and remodeled years ago. They really took our lifestyle in consideration of the design creating a perfect kitchen for our family's needs. I love it every night I cook in it. But more than that, the attention to detail including the final inspection to cross every T and dot every I was what impressed me the most. I had heard so many horror stories about kitchen remodels from others, I can proudly say, we had zero issues. Since that remodel we have used Cormier Construction for every thing we have added to our home. New wood flooring, tile in our bathrooms, new front doors, and now we are remodeling our downstairs bath and of course Jerry and his great staff will be handling everything!

I have used Cormier Construction starting in 2007 thru August 2015 on several projects.

They have done a 300 sq. ft. closet addition, a kitchen, living room, hall, guest bathroom remodel. New roof, Gutters, outside drainage, Water damage repair and new flooring.

His crew is outstanding, they are nice and experienced. End of day a clean up and they do a great job. Workmanship is first class.

Overall since 2007 thur Aug 2015 I have used them on 5 projects.

Jerry who runs Cormier Construction knows the business. He also has given me some good ideas on how I could improve the changes I wanted. He has a tight crew and has a specific electrician, plummer, drywall etc. that he uses. They know one another and you don't run into problems caused by one not knowing what the other is doing.
