Complete High Rise Maintenance Inc

A few months back we hired Complete High Rise Maintenance to clean one of our properties located in Miami. This particular property had its challenges as it has been abandoned for several years. One of issues the issues we faced was replacing certain windows that could not have restored to our to our client’s demands. When I met Aldrian he assured me that with a little extra elbow grease and some extra attention the windows could be restored to acceptable conditions. Sure enough he deliverd and our client was extremely happy that he didn’t have to replace a few windows. Not only did he deliver on his promise but we strengthen our relationship with the property owner. Had it not been for CHRM this would have been a one and done job for this particular owner, now we have increased his account by two properties.

I can't say enough good things about Complete High Rise (ask for Aldrin). The building I work for was in dire need of a reliable company that could not only clean the exterior of the building, but also do this in a timely manner. Thankfully, Aldrin and his team made that happen. Previously, we had used just about every other possible company out there and we weren't impressed to say the least. Excuse after excuse, they couldn't do what we needed. On a side note, be careful with other companies because what they initially quote you most likely won't end up being the same on the "final invoice". Thankfully, you won't have to worry about these types of issues with Complete High Rise (or at least we didn't). So, to recap, if you don't want to get to get hassled and want a team that will come in and not disturb your current tennants then I recommend Complete High Rise. PERIOD.
