In all my years in doing business, I've never dealt with such incompetent customer service. They make all the mistakes, now it's up to me to do all the work. I have never had a worse Cable/Internet company. Since June 2014 we have had no less than 5 new boxes. It is only Nov. My service is awful. Cable boxes only work on occasion. They wont run new lines. They are using 40 year old wires, wires are showing any hung up by rope. I had a credit on my bill for my inconvenience. But they stopped it and say I cant get cheaper service. They say I am stuck paying $175 a month. Absolutely the most useless order/installation/customer service I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with some dusies. Order placed a week before installation, including a confirmation number, never got installed. Subsequent calls to Comcast revealed that there is absolutely no record shared between "service consultants." I would like everyone to be aware of the five star comments made on 8/10/14. If you look each one has given every cable company in town a 5 star rating.... I think the reviews on this site may be untrustworthy. Your not just being lied to, your being lied to by extremely lazy people. it is hard to select a package while searching online, but once I called in the rep was very helpful.
