We were told by Colonial that if we were not available to receive our delivery in the first window date, we would be charged storage fees, so we cut everything short: last day of work, to name a few to be at destination on time. After the last day of the window date, all Colonial has to say is, you will receive a confirmation of actual delivery day 3 days from now. The last news is that you might receive your delivery a week from now.... :(
The only reason we are getting any information is because we are calling them and keep waiting several minutes for customer service. Our customer service manager has not been forthcoming, responsive or respectful of our time and of us as customers. Very disappointed!
After all, we relied on all the great reviews to contract Colonial for our moving. I will update this review, as soon as we know more about the status of our delivery.
