The productivity coaching is focused on taking the most appropriate and effective actions that lead to the completion of goals. Through interactive coaching sessions the way we form thoughts, beliefs and attitudes are optimized, reducing distraction and procrastination. This brings about a more relaxed yet focused state of life and work that is less energy draining and more effective. To create a lasting behavioral change it takes more than just logical reasoning.
