        Michael and Stephanie Johnson created Clearlight Yoga as a means of passing on what their kind and holy teachers have given them: a clear and direct path to achieve liberation in this lifetime through the practice of yoga. Michael and Stephanie’s teachings incorporate the rich wisdom of the lineages of Jivamukti Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

        Offering public and private classes, workshops, retreats, special events and more. Michael and Stephanie currently live in Asheville, North Carolina. They travel often to teach all over the United States and Canada.
