I have seen the work that Cleanrite-Buildrite has done on a large fire job. The care and passion that the employees have about the customer’s possessions is simply amazing. They take such good care of what they are able to salvage from the home and clean it to the condition it was or better before the fire. The restoration work of the home is in great hands with highly trained contractors who work with the home owner... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse
Don't use this company unless you want more damage to your home, all workers working under one license. Work was sloppy,, workers careless damaging items, rude and unprofessional and I have to have a handyman try to clean up their messes I had water damage and now you can see all the drywall creases, paint doesn't match, etc, paint on cabinets, etc.Was this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse

If your insurance company uses CRBR, and you have had a claim (we had a fire), you can breathe a sigh of relief when these guys show up. Called Cleanrite for bathroom overflow cleanup. Without a quote they tore off baseboard, drywall and cut carpet in another room. Quoted a price of about $10,000 to finish. Got a handyman or repair what they screwed up for about $300, but still had to pay $450 for their demolition. Was this review helpful?Yes(1) No|Flag Abuse
We responded to the home after hours to find sewage on the floor. They signed a work authorization and we started to perform our work to mitigate the sewage loss following the IICRC S500 standard for the clean-up. They stop us after an hour and wanted an estimate for repairs. I provided an estimate to complet the mitigation and make repairs. They declined the balance of our services.
I used Cleanrite - Buildrite for a water damage I had at my house. The washing machine did not shut off and the water ran down the hallway. It was on a weekend. I quickly searched for someone to help and remembered that Cleanrite-Buildrite is a local company that will respond 24 hours a day. I called and they where out to my home immediately, helping me to contain the water and damage that would have accured. The te... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes(1) No|Flag Abuse
