Clean Carpet Tech Philadelphia

We had an appointment scheduled for 10:15am. The carpet tech called at 10am and said he would be 2 hours late. Then called at the scheduled time and said he could come after 3pm. We also booked online and it said it was $65. He wouldn't honor the price and stated it was for a bedroom only. It does not state that anywhere on the website. We canceled. Do not use.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! Our dining room carpet had several stains and it practically looks brand new! I will definitely use Clean Carpet Techs in the future! Very professional and great results!

Wow! The tech for Clean Carpet Tech did a fantastic job on my chaise, sofa and carpet in my bedroom. My carpet was so soiled I was afraid it could not be cleaned - it looks brand new! The sofa and chaise are now clean and fresh! The modest price was well worth it. I highly recommend their services!

Victor did a fantastic job with my carpets! He was courteous, friendly, and meticulous. When he had finished, the carpets looked just like the day they were installed. I have already recommended him to two other people.

We wanted to try a small business instead of the Stanely Steamer type company, which we had used in the past. We set up our appointment on-line and Victor stayed in contact with us until his arrival. He was kind and professional when he arrived. As he cleaned the carpets I noticed how thorough he was and he took his time. When he left we walked through to look at the rugs which looked like new. Thank you Victor and I would recommend you to anyone! See you in a year.

Really pleased with the service I received from Clean Carpet Tech. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule and rescheduled to meet my needs and added another room I had forgotten about on short notice. The technician was friendly, respectful and very careful with my furniture and belongings. He even got up sveral old stains I had been unable to get out. The place looks great, and is really clean. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a professional job done right!

Victor called to let me know how long it would take him to arrive he was here for my appt @ 1 he was polite and did an outstanding job for the price I will definitely be calling him back in spring

Was offered a next day appointment to clean my couch which seemed great. My appointment time came and went with no courtesy call. I called twenty minutes after my scheduled time and they said they would be about a half hour from that already twenty minutes late. First red flag. I ran an errand to the cleaners which was right up the street. I told them i would only be 10 minutes. I was told if i wasn't there in exactly ten minutes they were leaving. Second red flag. The couch i wanted cleaned was out back. I told the techs that but they insisted hanging hoses out of my kitchen window instead of driving around back. I told them i would help. I was first told that it would be inconvenient for them even after telling them i would help. Then i was told that they did not have the time. Third red flag. I denied cleaning and i would not recommend they're services.

The price was good and the carpets looked good after cleaning
