I've been pleased with Jean's service. She cleaned our vacation home earlier this year prior to move-in. Additionally, she cleans it every other month so we can enjoy some nice vacaction weekends without having to clean ourselves. She is responsive and does a nice job. Thanks Jean!

I had called looking for a non-commercial cleaning service. I called on Tues, gave her my address in Daytona. She said it was further than she would normally go but that she would move a cleaning she had scheduled on Thurs so she could do it for us. She quoted a price of 80.00 for the size of the house given. Well, come 30 minutes before she was supposed to arrive with help, she called and said that it was too far and would have to charge 140.00. How aggravating! Is this not what we discussed on the phone???? I even told her we were close to Speedway and A1A but suddenly the morning of the cleaning it's too far and almost double just to show up. Unbelievable!
