Chateau Poochie

We took our dog there for several years and it was attacked viciously twice this let us to believe that the supervision was very low but the second attack because it was very bad will never use their service again they refused to do anything about it

of chateau poochie after searching all over south florida for a clean and comfortable place to leave my dog. I looked from miami to palm beach and every place i found was gross and dirty. When I found Chateau Poochie I was blown away by their attention to detail and the way the staff cared for the dogs. I check up on my dogs all the time and they have always been quick to let me know any updates and how my dog is doing. I watch my dog on the web cam when he is training and I also get to design his gourmet meals while he is boarding there. It is a major plus because my dog is only used to home cooked meals and he eats very healthy at Chateau Poochie. The biggest convenience is their poochie limo service which saves me time... and my dog comes home shampooed and clean after a week stay at the hotel. Can i ask for more.... i would like to check into this dog hotel.

THIS place has amazing service, doggy concierge and is the only place I would take my dogs for dog boarding!!! this is true luxury dog hotel....it is close to boca raton, they pick up my dogs in a poochie limo...and I book my dogs for over nite stays and day care... full hands on white glove service and its the only place i found that was clean, fun and pampered my dogs!

This dog hotel and grooming is beyond my expectations. It's the most beautiful, clean and luxurious dog boarding. I've used their trainers and grooming as well with lots of satisfaction.

I go to Chateau Poochie for 2 main reasons: it is always impeccably clean and I never have to worry about my dog getting sick there. And two, it is totally safe - I am given the Webcam info to log in and can watch my dog all day in the social lounge or at night when he is sleeping in his Garnet suite. My dog always has fun romping with the other pooches. And best of all, my rescued mutt is treated like a first class star then. Thank you Chateau Poochie!
